Biggin and others on here need to direct your comments about the Christian church and religion to the "RELIGION FORUM." I wanted to hear about a person's views about playing with homosexuals on a team and why shouldn't a sports figure express his viewpoints if they do not like gays.
Here is something else I thought was funny. Last night on a HBO special, Real Time with Bill Maher; John Amaechi was on the show. Maher is liberal and I have no problem with his view points but when I am asked what part of the chicken I want I say "the right wing." That is my view point but I tolerate and respect others.
Anyway, Amaechi made a statement about other players. He witnessed straight guys putting on finger nail polish and toe polish, manicure, and other guys primping in the mirrors and his quote was "and I'm the gay one?"
I thought it was funny but Amaechi has to realize after they got through primping, they went out to meet "women."
I believe that if a man or woman is gay and wants to play professional sports, he should have mindset of what the military uses, "don't ask, don't tell."
